The new Nylex Digital Rain Gauge is a great new addition to our existing range of quality Rain Gauges. It has a wireless self-emptying rain collector for measuring rain fall – great for recording accurately as it will never overflow. The wireless rain collector sensor transmits data by using a low power radio frequency to the main display unit that can be located up to 100m away (within line of sight) so you can monitor the rainfall from the comfort of inside your home, office or shed.
The main display unit features a large backlit LCD screen and can either be wall mounted or comes with a stand. It stores the data allowing you to monitor and analyse Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly rainfall. It also has advanced features such as the HI/LO Alert alarm to alert you whether the set high or low weather criteria are met. With a Radio-controlled / Atomic highly accurate clock feature also built-in, the system is truly a remarkable personal but professional rain gauge.
